I have a hard time picking which photograph is my favorite. There are so many shades of beauty to find. Even taking photographs of one simple flower – changes depending on your perspective. These flowers are among my favorites – as far as I know they are called Anemone. I love the delicacy of them, the way they lean, the way they sway in a gentle breeze. I doubt I could tire of taking photos of them. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have…

What setup do you use, SLR or Digital? These are well framed to depth of field.

Mine is a Canon Rebel xsi DSLR. I truthfully don’t know much about cameras. I’m still hoping to learn. I just got it this year.

You have a good technique for closeups.

I hate to admit it… I have taken pictures like that even on my smartphone, but not as blurred in the background. Once I got my “real” camera it was more pronounced and gave more focus to the flowers, with I truly love. I seriously chalk it up to not knowing what I am doing. 🙂 I appreciate that.

They are all lovely photos, so I understand that it’s hard to pick a favorite! I think I like the fourth and last ones best!

Thank you – yes, I really liked that last shot myself. It is funny that often taking a picture further away instead of close up works really well for me. I need to remember that and do it more often 🙂

They have a bunch of these flowers at the front of the gardens. I seriously could spend hours just in that section 🙂
